Policies & Terms of Service
At Pink Paws Task Training, our goal is to provide professional, consistent, and effective dog training services while maintaining clear expectations for every client. By booking services, making a payment, or submitting any required forms, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.
Enrollment & Agreement
All clients are required to complete our intake form prior to the start of training services. Submission of the Google Form serves as your electronic acknowledgment and acceptance of all company policies, procedures, and terms of service.
By submitting the form, you confirm that all information provided about your dog is accurate and complete, including any known behavioral concerns, medical conditions, medications, bite history, aggression, reactivity, or other relevant information that may impact training.
Failure to disclose important information may result in the refusal or termination of services.
Training Results
Every dog is unique, and training results vary based on factors such as age, temperament, genetics, environment, consistency, and owner involvement.
While we use proven training methods and strive to help every dog reach its fullest potential, no trainer can guarantee specific results or outcomes. Long-term success depends on continued reinforcement and follow-through by the owner after training is completed.
Payment Policy
Full payment or an approved payment arrangement is required according to the terms of your selected training program.
All prices, deposits, and fees are subject to change without notice; however, once a booking is confirmed, your quoted price will be honored for that reservation.
Payments must be made on time according to the agreed payment schedule.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for any training services, deposits, reservation fees, board and train programs, private lessons, consultations, packages, or other services.
Because training spots are reserved specifically for each client and resources are allocated in advance, all payments are non-refundable once submitted.
No refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be provided for:
-
Change of mind
-
Scheduling conflicts
-
Relocation
-
Early withdrawal from a program
-
Failure to complete training
-
Owner non-compliance
-
Missed lessons or appointments
-
Behavioral challenges or training outcomes
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available for select programs and are offered at our discretion.
Clients choosing a payment plan remain responsible for the full cost of the training program.
If a dog is picked up before the scheduled completion date of a training program for any reason, the remaining balance must be paid in full before the dog is released.
Early pickup does not reduce the cost of the program, and no refunds or credits will be issued for unused training days.
Failure to make scheduled payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services and may affect eligibility for future bookings.
Health & Vaccination Requirements
For the safety of all dogs in our care, owners are responsible for ensuring their dog is healthy and free from contagious illnesses.
Owners must disclose any known medical conditions, injuries, medications, or health concerns before training begins.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a dog's health condition presents a risk to the dog, staff, or other animals.
Veterinary Care
In the event of an illness, injury, or emergency requiring veterinary attention, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner immediately.
If the owner cannot be reached, the owner authorizes us to seek appropriate veterinary care on the dog's behalf.
Any veterinary expenses incurred during the dog's participation in training remain the responsibility of the owner.
Safety & Right to Refuse Service
The safety of our staff, clients, and dogs is our top priority.
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services for any dog or client if we determine that continuing services would create a safety concern or violate company policies.
This includes, but is not limited to:
-
Undisclosed aggression or bite history
-
Dangerous behavior
-
Harassment or abuse toward staff
-
Failure to comply with company policies
-
Non-payment of fees
Termination of services does not entitle the client to a refund.
Photos, Videos & Social Media
We may photograph or record training sessions for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes.
By enrolling in our programs, you grant permission for your dog's image, likeness, and training progress to be used on our website, social media platforms, advertisements, and promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing before training begins.
